This lecture covers electrochemistry in general. During the first part, basics related to the thermodynamics and kinetics related to electrochemistry. The second part covers various experimental techniques used for electrochemistry. In the final part, applications of electrochemistry, particularly to energy conversion devices, are covered. In this series of lectures recorded, three topics including electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, photoelectrochemistry and solare energy conversion, and other electrochemical energy conversion are covered.
