영문법(1) 수업과 함께 영문법(2) 수업은 학생들에게 영어문법에 대한 전반적인 이해를 제공하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 영문법(2) 수업에서는 단어의 품사유형에서 확장된 명사절, 형용사절, 부사절, 부정사구, 동명사구, 분사구 등에 대한 기본 개념과 그 활용방법을 집중적으로 학습한다. 아울러 문장을 다양하게 표현할 수 있는 능동태와 수동태, 직설법과 가정법의 주요한 용법들을 숙지하여 영어 글에서나 말에서 올바른 영어문장을 사용할 수 있도록 한다.

This course will provide students with comprehensive knowledge of English grammar. The course will discuss the basic concepts and major topics in English grammar, including three kinds of clauses, infinitives, gerunds, participles, passives, and conditional sentences. Students are supposed to read and make a presentation of the assigned reading material(s). Tests will be given frequently to enhance students’ ability in English grammar.

1.	영어 단어의 품사(Parts of Speech)	영어 단어의 8가지 품사와 그 기능에 대해서 소개 To introduce 8 parts of speech and their functions
2.	영어의 문장(Types of Sentences)	영어문장의 유형과 잘못된 영어문장의 소개 To introduce types of sentences and sentence errors
3.	주어와 동사의 일치(Subject-Verb Agreement)	주어와 동사의 수일치에 대한 설명 To explain subject-verb agreement in number
4.	동사의 시제(Verb Tenses)	영어의 12가지 시제에 대한 설명 To explain 12 verb tenses
5.	명사(Nouns)	명사의 종류와 용법에 대한 설명 To explain types of nouns and their usage
6.	대명사(Pronouns)	대명사의 종류와 용법에 대한 설명 To explain types of pronouns and their usage
7.	연습문제(Exersices)	문법 연습문제 풀이을 통한 복습 To review English grammar by solving grammar questions
8.	관계사(Relatives)	관계대명사의 종류와 용법에 대한 설명 To explain types of relative pronouns and their usage
9.	형용사, 부사, 전치사, 접속사(Adjectives, Adverbs, Prepositions, Conjuctions)	형용사, 부사, 전치사, 접속사의 용법에 대한 설명 To explain adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, and conjunctions
10.	동명사와 부정사(Gerunds and Infinitives)	동명사와 부정사의 용법에 대한 설명 To explain gerunds and infinitives, and their differences
11.	수동태와 분사구문(Passives and Participles)	능동태와 수동태의 차이점 및 분사구문 설명 To explain differences between active and passive voices, and participles
12.	가정법(Conditional Sentences)	가정법의 종류와 용법에 대한 설명 To explain types of conditional sentences and their usage
13.	연습문제(Exercises)	문법 연습문제 풀이을 통한 복습 To review English grammar by solving grammar questions
