Shannon, 10, Bernadette, 12, and Tommy, 14 are traveller children. There is a superficial co-existence between their gypsy lifestyle and the normalities of school and the world of settled people. This programme seeks to find out what is really going on in their minds. How do they feel about their schools, their peers and themselves? Do their teachers understand their unique situation enough to sufficiently help them cope with the challenging and confusing attitudes that people show towards them?
