This programme follows four head teachers who make a series of visits to each other's schools to look at and to question each other about leadership styles and challenges. The group came together during a three-day residential meeting in 2006, as part of the National College for School Leadership's Leadership Programme for Serving Head Teachers. Since that meeting, the four have got to know each other well, and in this programme we see them discussing frankly how they can become better leaders. With feedback from their staff, they reflect on how well they have progressed during the year they have had together.
