모든 생명체의 가장 기본 단위인 세포에서 소기관 혹은 부위들의 구성과 기능을 강의한다. 또한 세포생명현상의 기초가 되는 유전자 발현과정을 생화학 및 분자생물학적 수준에서 심도있게 강의한다. 아울러 유사한 주제에 대하여 수강학생들의 논문을 찾고 슬라이드 작성 후 발표 후 질의 응답을 통하여 발표 및 토론 능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한다.
