본 과목은 국제경영의 핵심적인 분야를 체계적으로 이해시키는데 주안점을 둔다. 따라서 기업의 전략과 조직의 국제적인 측면에 초점을 맞추어 점차 복잡해지는 세계경제에서 효과적으로 전략을 수립하는 프레임워크를 제공하고 이러한 전략이 효과적으로 수행되도록 하는데 역점을 둔다.
