Digital media is a media that smoothly integrates various media elements that are appealed to our various senses. It is the only subject of the Department of Newspaper Broadcasting which deals with various multimedia from the viewpoint of ICT. We will discuss and discuss multimedia with topics such as hypertext and world wide web, computer game, digital film, digital animation, mobile media, virtual reality, ebook, SNS and digital art.

This lecture is intended for undergraduate students to explain the general theoretical basis of multimedia and ICT and to help students understand various multimedia contents. Several examples will be introduced along with theoretical explanations and discussions will be held with students.
