기존의 다양한 사회복지체계들과 여성 관련 복지 현안을 성인지적 관점에서 재조명해 보고 그에 대한 실천적 대안을 모색해 봄으로써 복지체계를 새로운 시각에서 재구성해 본다. 더불어 현대사회의 여성문제에 대한 심층적 이해와 분석을 근거로 여성정책과 여성복지실천의 발전적 방향과 전략을 모색하는 과목으로 다음의 구체적인 목표를 갖는다.
■ 여성주의와 성인지적 관점들의 특성과 기능을 이해한다. 그리고 이들 관점과 사회복지의 관련성을 이해한다.
■ 사회복지 정책 및 실천 프로그램들을 성인지적 관점으로 재해석해 본다.
■ 국내외 다양한 여성문제들에 대한 이해를 근거로 정책 및 서비스 대안을 모색하고 평가한다.
■ 여성복지의 과제와 전망을 모색한다.
■ 여성주의와 성인지적 관점들의 특성과 기능을 이해한다. 그리고 이들 관점과 사회복지의 관련성을 이해한다.
