본 과목은 마케팅컨셉트를 효율적으로 실현하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 마케팅 의사결정자가 통제할 수 있는 주요 변수인 제품, 가격, 유통, 촉진(마케팅 믹스)에 관한 사항을 심도 있게 검토한다. 또한 마케팅활동의 계획, 조직, 실시, 통계, 조정 등에 관해서도 다룬다.
