수업내용(Summary)조선시대부터 현대에 이르는 농촌개발의 역사적 과정을 다룬다. 조선시대 마을 결사체의 호혜와 협동 활동을 살펴보고, 1970년대 새마을 운동 및 현대 한국의 농촌개발 프로그램을 비판적으로 검토하며, 한국이 국제 농촌개발 프로그램의 공여국으로서 직면한 도전과 방향성을 모색한다. 이를 통해 수강생들은 농촌개발의 과거와 현재, 미래를 연결하는 흐름 속에서 역사학, 경제학, 국제개발학의 시각으로 현상을 한국 농촌개발을 입체적으로 국제적 이해할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 될 것이다.This course deals with the historical process of rural development in Korea from the Joseon Dynasty to the present. It critically examines the reciprocity and cooperative activities of village associations in the Joseon Dynasty, critically reviews the New Village Movement in the 1970s and rural development programs of modern South Korea, and seeks the challenges and directions that South Korea faces as a donor to international rural development programs.
