수업내용(Summary)한국의 1950년대부터 1980년대 초반에 이르는, 정부가 한국의 경제성장을 주도했던 '경제관료의 시대'를 다룬다. 정부가 경제발전을 주도했던 당시에는 오늘날보다 경제관료들의 역할이 더 중요하였다. 이러한 관점에서 당시 총리, 경제 부총리, 경제 부처 장관 등으로서 경제정책을 이끌어갔던 대표적인 경제관료들의 생애와 업적을 소개한다. 이를 통해 수강생들은 고도성장기 한국경제의 발전 과정에서 경제관료들의 기여를 이해하고, 한국의 경제발전 과정에 대한 폭넓고 균형 있는 식견을 기를 수 있을 것이다.Summary: This course deals with the 'era of economic bureaucracy' in which the government led Korea's economic growth from the 1950s to the early 1980s.
