현대인에게 화장품은 일상의 필수품이 되었으며 그 수요는 해마다 확대되고 있다. 본 과목을 통해 화장품을 이해하고 제조과정에 필요한 다양한 기초지식을 함양한다. 세부적으로는 화장품 원료와 제형의 기본원리를 파악하고 다양한 정보를 바탕으로 원료와 제품을 분석할 수 있는 능력을 키운다. Cosmetics have become a daily necessity for modern people, and the demand for them is expanding every year. Through this course, students will learn to understand cosmetics using the principles of biochemical engineering and develop various basic knowledge necessary for the manufacturing process.
