수업내용(Summary)해방 이후부터 현재에 이르는 한국의 대학교육 확대 과정을 역사적, 경제학적 관점에서 학습한다. 이를 위하여 한국 대학 진학률의 시간에 따른 변천과 국제 비교에 따른 특성을 살펴보고, 대학 진학률의 급격한 상승이 노동시장과 사회에 미친 영향을 실증적으로 살펴보며, 인적자본이론과 신호이론을 통해 대학 진학의 동기와 결과를 심층적으로 탐구한다. 이 과정에서 수강생들은 한국 고등교육의 역사를 다양한 영역 간 상호작용 속에서 이해하고, 미래의 고등교육 발전과 정책 방향에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것이다.In this course, students learn, from a historical and economic perspective, the process of expanding university education in Korea from the time of liberation to the present. To this end, we examine the changes in the Korean university enrollment rate over time and the characteristics of international comparisons, empirically examine the impact of the rapid increase in the university enrollment rate on the labor market and society, and explore the motives and consequences of entering universities in depth through human capital theory and signal theory.
