Each week, Resource Review experts recommend top resources which are put to the test, giving teachers the ability to make informed decisions regarding the most effective resources ranging from the best publications to the most applicable pieces of software. Edward Waller, Head of Humanities at John Hanson School in Andover, introduces three new resources for secondary humanities: 'The Trading Trainers' game published by Christian Aid and Cafod, 'Citizenship Studies' published by Hodder Murray and 'In Search of the Tartan Turban' published by Channel 4 Learning. At Gladesmore Community School in Haringey, London, teacher Lee Carryl trials the 'Citizenship Studies' book for teachers and students. In the studio, presenter Hermione Cockburn introduces Edward’s third resource to the panel consisting of Colin Hynson, a museums educator and freelance writer, and Ray Barker, Director of the British Educational Suppliers Association.
