Andrew Horseley manages a five-strong geography department and, as the only full-time teacher with a specialism in the subject, wants to inspire passion about geography in his colleagues to raise the level of teaching in the department. Gladeana realises that Andrew needs to fully take ownership of his Head of Department role in order to inspire others.
