With the benefit of hindsight, this programme examines exactly how Headteacher Maggie Buttress and her team managed their radical programme of change, to bridge the attainment gap and broach issues of inclusion. We talk to teachers and support staff about putting theory into practice and explore how the changes they implemented have benefited the children in their classes. This has been a big shift for the school. For it to succeed it has meant getting all the teachers, TAs, parents and children to embrace this new ethos. They explain how the changes have affected them and pass on advice to others.
