공학이나 물리학 등에서 나타나는 현상을 상미분 방정식(ordinary differential equations)으로 모델링하고 여러 가지 형태의 상미분 방정식의 해법에 대해 알아보며 주어진 모델에서의 상미분 방정식의 수학적인 해의 의미를 이해한다. 또한, 미분방정식의 급수해를 이해하라고 라플라스 변환 및 프리에 변환에 대해 공부한다.
