Physical intuition is powerful but often dangerous. Mathematical expressions are accurate but often inefficient. We thus have to keep a balance between the two. To this end, in this course we discuss some useful mathematical tools and learn how to describe physical phenomena efficiently and accurately in terms of methamatical expressions.
