This symposium is organized to provide all participants with a great opportunity to share findings and expertise with fellow colleagues and establish an international network on neurodegenerative diseases at both academic and industrial levels. In the symposium four distinguished neuroscientists abroad and three excellent local neuroscientists will give us a wonderful overview of recent progress in understanding neurodegenerative processes and also implanting multifunctional neuroprotectiveapproaches for the potentially novel drug development.
