영어교육을 실행하는데 사용할 수 있는 교재의 종류와 형태를 익히고 기초적인 교재 제작 능력을 기르며 교사로서 좋은 교재를 선별할 수 있는 안목을 기르고 수업목표에 맞게 실제 수업에서 교재를 효율적으로 사용하는데 필요한 지식과 실질적 능력을 배양하는 것을 목표로 한다.
