This course is designed to provide students with the basic concepts and theories related to business ethics. The course will focus on philosophy, business, and society, by covering relevant topics such as normative theories of ethics, nature of capitalism, workplace, consumers, and environments.
The specific objectives of this course are:
1) to understand moral philosophy and business;
2) to examine the organization and the people in it;
3) to develop an alternative view to existing explanations to business and society.
