Paulette North is a Teacher and Team Leader for the Black and Multilingual Achievement Team at the City Academy in Bristol. Her job is to boost the achievement of minority ethnic groups, including refugees and asylum seekers. She often finds herself watching the Teachers TV programmes at home at unusual times, which is why she enjoys the 24-hour offer.
