사용자 행위분석을 위한 대용량 데이터분석을 한다. 따라서 검색과 웹정보 찾기 방식을 발견 및 활용법, 인터랙션 영향 행위와 더불어, 통제실험법을 사용자 연구와 여러 기술과 함께 조합하여 배운다. 그 결과 멀티미디어, 특히 소셜미디어 환경에서 인간 행위를 볼 수 있는 통찰력을 갖게 된다.
