This course is an intermediate-level undergraduate phonetics course for students who have basic linguistics knowledge from an introductory linguistics course (covering phonetics or phonology). Students will learn fundamental concepts of phonetics and conduct basic experiments. Students will be trained in articulatory/physiological and acoustic aspects of speech sounds. Students will improve their pronunciation of English. Occasionally, real life issues will be dealt with.
