Students will learn basic diet therapy for maintaining optimum health and for preventing chronic diseases and related complication. This course will be run by flipped learrning. The pathophysiology of various diseases and realted dietary therapy will be lectured via on-line. Students will understand the actual diet therapy while preparing various patient diets via off-line practice classes.
