The Julia Richman Complex of the Urban Academy in Manhattan's Upper East Side is at the cutting edge of Human Scale Education project. The school also takes on the challenge of giving priority to pupils who have been excluded from other schools. The programme looks at evidence of the school's success, and sees what lessons can be learned by schools in this country.
