This programme visits Rawmarsh Community School, a sports college near Rotherham, and Thorpe St Andrew School in Norwich. At Rawmarsh, the programme illustrates how simple health and safety procedures can be implemented in such a way that they promote safe practice without compromising interesting, challenging lessons in traditional PE. At Thorpe St Andrew, a scuba diving class shows how those same fundamental procedures remain even when applied to more adventurous activities.
