A video case study on how one children's centre is working to try and meet the needs of parents. The film demonstrates how the centre is using sessions such as 'Time for Me', aimed at building parents confidence and self-esteem. We also show its 'Twin Tracks' programme - a class for teenage mums focusing on getting them back into training and employment.
