The new trend on FTAs may provide interesting points to examine in relation to the legal aspect. The subjects are related with many other issues such as international trade, development and investment. Many countries are making regulations to treat the issues with international or internal laws. This course aims at understanding the theories and the cases of FTAs based on the concept of ‘Regionalism’ in the international trade/economic laws.
