이 강의는 현대 조직에서 가장 중요한 자원인 사람을 관리하는 인사관리에 관한 기초적인 이해를 제공하는데 주목적을 두고 있다. 그것을 위해서 직무관리, 고용관리, 숙련관리, 인사평가 관리, 임금관리 등을 다루고자 한다.

"This course will provide basic concepts and theories regarding the management of human resources, the most important assets in modern organizations. To help students understand human resource management, it will introduce work organizations, staffing and retention policies, training & development, performance appraisals, and reward management.

차시별 강의

1.	강의소개	인사관리의 탄생 배경, 기능별 인사관행, 인사관리와 환경적 조건과의 관계 등을 소개함 To introduce the background of HRM, functional HR practices, the relations between HRM and envoronmental factors
2.	우리나라 인사관리의 역사적 전개와 현황	1980년대 이후 우리나라 인사제도의 역사적 변천 과정을 설명 To explain the historical development of HRM in Korea since 1980
3.	전략적 인적자원관리와 인사전략	몇 가지 인적자원관리 시각과 전략적 인적자원관리에 관한 소개 To explain several perspectives on HRM and strategic HRM
4.	직무관리	직무관리와 인사제도의 관계, 직무설계의 기본 원리 등을 소개 To Introduce the relations between job and HRM, and the basic principles of job designs
5.	근로시간 관리	근로시간에 관한 노동법적 규제, 근무형태와 근로시간 유연성 등에 관한 소개 To introduce regulations regarding working hours, and work patterns, and working hour flexibility.
6.	채용 관리	인력의 채용 과정 시 요구되는 모집과 선발 과정을 설명 To explain recruitment and selection required to hire employees
7.	비정규직 인사관리	비정규직의 고용형태, 활용 이점과 비용, 고용 포트폴리오 등을 소개 To introduce employment portfolio, the benefits abd costs of contingent wokrers
8.	교육훈련	기업 내 교육훈련의 기본 구조, 교육훈련 방식 등에 관한 소개 To introduce the basec structures of corporate job training, and methods of job trainings
9.	인사평가(1)	인사평가에 대한 일반적 이해와 평가 용도 및 평가항목에 대한 소개 To introduce basic knoledge of performance appraisals, and purposes and criteria of appraisals
10.	인사평가(2)	평가방식, 평가 주체 등에 대한 소개 To explain methods and raters of performance appraisals
11.	보상관리	임금에 대한 기본적 이해와 임금수준 및 임금체계에 대한 이해 To introduce the basic knoweldge about wages, and wage level and wage structure
12.	성과급	대표적인 현대 임금체계인 성과주의 임금제도에 대한 기본적 이해 To introduce pay for performance as modern wage practices
13.	임금피크제	인력의 고령화와 정년연장에 대응하기 위한 임금조정 소개 To introduce the moderation of wage which responds to the aging society and the extended retirement
