Abstract:
Is globalization a snare from which to escape from or a springboard by which to improve ourselves? We will find the answers from the perspective of international trading law. The goal of this lecture is to understand the fundamentals of commercial law, and build up the student's elementary knowledge by studying various fields of commercial law, including corporate law, insurance law and maritime law, and by studying the basics and the concepts of commercial law based on the general provisions of commercial law and the regulations related to commercial transactions.
